Every session is part of a structured, periodized plan to safely and effectively build your vertical. By following the program, using proper technique, and committing to the process—you’ll increase your vertical, reduce injury risk, and elevate your game.

How It Works

  • Progresses weekly to safely increase training load
  • Includes 3 sessions per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Focuses on form, intent, and recovery
  • Built-in testing to track measurable gains
  • RPE logging and notes to build athlete awareness
